Huitt-Zollars is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Davis, P.E. to our team as a Vice President in our Urban Development practice in the Fort Worth office. In this role, Jeff will leverage his extensive experience in civil engineering, business development, and team leadership to contribute to the continued success and growth of our firm.
With over 20 years of experience, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise from his diverse experience in the field of civil engineering working on single-family residential, commercial, multifamily, municipal, industrial, and oil & gas projects. In previous roles, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by successfully managing design teams for various projects. Jeff’s specialization in due diligence, entitlements, and development agreements has been a consistent theme throughout his career, showcasing his dedication to delivering high-quality results. His skills include client management, business development, proposal and budget preparation, managing multidiscipline teams, technical training, and mentoring.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on management from the same institution. Jeff is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and holds a Professional Engineer license in the states of Texas and Arkansas. His involvement in various boards, including the City of Fort Worth Development Advisory Committee and the Northwest Fort Worth YMCA, highlights his commitment to community engagement.
